Welcome

Decades of reflections:

gathering, compiling, and finally bringing it together, one piece at a time.

A living archive of our life and healing as a polyfragmented multiple system and survivor of organized extreme abuse.

A Note on Self-Care & Safety

We do our best to place sensitive material behind a content advisory and keep our most intensive records behind restricted layers. This includes content that our system considers too vulnerable or sensitive for public viewing, which requires specific passphrases to access.

However, everyone's healing journey and needs are unique. Honoring your personal boundaries, managing triggers, and practicing self-care remain your own responsibility.

If you are visiting this space, we trust you are mindful of the subject matter you may encounter. Please prioritize your well-being as you explore.

Witness and testament

This website stands as a witness to our trauma, survival, and therapeutic processing from mind control. By chronicling the journey from fragmentation to unity, we are illuminating a path toward empowerment and autonomy.

Setting ourselves free

Though we were shattered by design, we are coming together as a system, reclaiming who we are, and separating past from present — helping insiders learn that rules made during terror are no longer valid in our present life.

Healing

Stories of healing along the way, and the moments that moved everything.

Spirals, water, and mirrors keep turning up in our pages. They are how we describe layers, reflections, and the way healing circles back around.

About Multiple Reflections

A living record of life, trauma, survivorship, self-discovery, challenges, hope, and healing.

This is our life as a polyfragmented multiple system, also known as complex Dissociative Identity Disorder (c-DID), and as a survivor of organized extreme abuse (OEA).  We have been traveling an intricate path toward empowerment, transformation, and thriving.

The Scattered Years

For over three decades, our healing journey has existed in fragmented insights, with information often shared in one moment and lost to dissociation the next. Our therapeutic and healing-related data is mostly scattered across handwritten and online journals, therapy sessions and recordings, emails, texts, and the private revelations of internal system members.

The Breakthrough

For the past several years, spanning 2024 to 2026, we have undergone a grueling period of time on our healing journey. We uncovered hidden aspects of our system design imposed by our abusers, which hindered our inner communication and connection. For decades those hidden aspects caused incomplete and fractured healing while appearing on the surface as progress. That revelation marked a turning point, opening a phase of true communication, collaboration, and integration of trauma.

Reviving the Vision

This inspired us again to bring to life a plan we have held tightly in our heart and mind for decades. By reviving this website with a new vision, we are compiling and organizing over thirty years of therapeutic data to bear witness to one another's stories as system members, insiders, and parts.

This website stands as a witness and testament to our trauma, survival, and therapeutic processing from mind control. By compiling, consolidating, and chronicling our journey from fragmentation to unity, we are illuminating the path to empowerment and autonomy. Though we were shattered by design, we are coming together as a system, reclaiming who we are, and setting ourselves free from our abusers.

We continue to separate the past from the present by helping insiders learn that the rules created during terror, torturous abuse, and mind control are no longer valid or necessary in our present-day life. Our goal is to take the very roles our abusers trained us for and turn them to our advantage for self-determination and healing.

A note on privacy and self-care

While visiting, please be mindful of your own self-care needs. Throughout our history compilation, continued writing, and archiving, we carefully decide what is shared publicly, what is passphrase-protected, and what remains entirely private and off this site.

Healing timeline

Milestones of healing

Pivotal moments and transformations, in order — with unknown dates marked plainly rather than guessed.
  1. Spring 1989

    First steps to awareness

The first inklings of awareness about our complex internal world — fragmented memories surfacing, and the beginning of a long, challenging path.

  2. Spring 1991

    First steps in therapy

We began to unravel the layers of trauma and fragmentation that defined our existence, and started to acknowledge complex DID.

  3. Approximate / Unknown Date

    The years of documenting

Journals, art therapy, transcripts, and cluster journaling accumulate across many years. Much of this material carries no reliable date and is grouped by the years around it.

  4. 2009

    Breaking the silence

Through therapy and self-reflection we began sharing our story with trusted allies, and connecting with a community of survivors.

  5. 2024

    Uncovering system design

A breakthrough: discovering the intentional design imposed on our system by abusers, and the barriers it placed on inner communication and connection.

  6. 2026

    Emerging into connection

Deeper internal communication, retained information across systems, and a steadier move toward harmony, autonomy, and self-determination.
